Yin & Nidra - an afternoon to recharge [16th April 23]

This afternoon Workshop will be deeply nourishing with Yin Yoga, acupressure massage and a long Yoga Nidra experience to restore.

Concepts of TCM will infuse the practice of Yin Yoga complemented with chosen acu-points for this season.

After this soothing exploration we will then take deep rest in a fully guided Yoga Nidra meditation.

And there is time for tea and treats too ;-)
