Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation that can be practiced by anyone and will leave you relaxed and restored. The guided journey takes you through the different layers of your body induces the relaxation response and the ability to let go.

Letting go of the day is also a prerequisite to finding sound sleep. If we are still highly wired with a mind busy at the end of the day we can’t fall asleep or sleep through the night.
