Myo-Yin: self-myofascial release with Yin Yoga

The combination of gentle manipulation of your tissues with long held Yin stretches feels fantastic, it hydrates your tissues and can be seen as a self-care practice.

Use myofascial release balls or simply tennis balls to apply pressure along certain areas of the body, another item of use is the Yoga block.
