Improve your sleep Workshop

Join me to explore the science of sleep! If you have any sleep problems or are just interested in the topic of sleep come along! We will touch on topics like:

  • what makes you fall asleep?

  • what interferes with a restful sleep?

  • how does food impact your ability to fall asleep?

  • impact of poor sleep quality on mental and physical health

  • a technique that can help: Yoga Nidra, the sleep of the Yogi

The Workshop will be an interactive discussion and then introduce the concept of Yoga Nidra - a very helpful meditation technique for improving sleep.

Our day will end with a wonderful restorative guided Yoga Nidra meditation.
