5 element Qigong, a nourishing practice to move Qi (open for all levels) taught by Rosalind Prophet
restful Yin Yoga sequence tailored to the element of the respective season + helpful acupressure points.
deeply restful Yoga Nidra and tea.
Join us for an afternoon learning and practicing with a group of lovely people, leave refreshed and nourished.
We provide mats and props, handouts, tea and a beautiful connection space.
