Qi Circle is a Workshop to learn about and immerse in concepts of 5 elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
This particular Workshop will be about nourishing our energy levels looking at the element of water and the respective energy lines in the body.
Ros Prophet will teach you 5 element Qigong, a nourishing practice to move Qi (open for all levels)
Simone will guide you through a restful Yin Yoga sequence tailored to the element of water in accordance with the season of winter.
Join us for an afternoon learning and practicing with a group of lovely people, leave refreshed and take home some insights.
We provide mats and props, handouts, tea and a beautiful connection space.
