Learn and immerse in the teachings of Traditional Chinese medicine and Yoga.
Together we will explore concepts of the 5 elements of TCM and Qi in two practices:
5 elements Qi Gong session taught by Rosalind Prophet from wellbeingtaichi.com, followed by
a Yin Yoga practice tailored towards harmonising the Fire element, taught by Simone from Simmy’s Yoga lab.
All levels welcome, equipment, handout and refreshments provided.
